Friendly staff, great service, nice room and amenities. Wonderful breakfast! The hill to the street was a bit steep but otherwise no issues.

This is simply an outstanding Hotel. Located at the top of Lisbon Centro, all within walking distance to great restaurants and sights. Staff was spectacular and the breakfast is first class. This hotel should have nothing but top ratings. You will not be disappointed. The positive experience was way beyond my expectations when I booked it!

A great welcome on arrival with smiles made us feel very welcome. They have an indoor garage to valet your car. That’s a plus. They carry your bags promptly to your room. So again no wait for your belongings. They offered us a welcome drink. How generous!! Their hospitality is consistent as we have been there before. That’s the reason why we return .

We stayed only one night at the Memmo Principe Real before flying back home, but it was a super comfortable stay! I didn’t expect the hotel to offer complimentary breakfast to Platinum Elite Bonvoy members since it is a Design hotel, but they graciously did, and it was delicious! On arrival, we received a small bottle of port wine and a plate with chocolates and fruits, and two complimentary champagne glasses. The views from our rooms were beautiful! The hotel has a heated outdoor pool with the same lovely views of Lisbon, unfortunately it was raining so we couldn’t use it, but it reminded me of the pool at JW Marriott Venice with views to San Marco Square. Special thanks to Luisa at the front desk and Bruno who helped direct our Uber driver to the hotel entrance. This hotel knows how to wow 🤩 their clients!
